Growing up in Taiwan, I was endlessly curious about how things worked — systems, people, places. That curiosity has been the through-line ever since.
It led me to International Relations, then to Digital Design, then across industries and oceans. I picked up 3D, motion, and game design because I wanted to know what each medium could do. I became a visual designer to understand what makes something stop someone mid-scroll. I moved to the US for an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction because I wanted to understand people, not just aesthetics. I've worked in healthcare, proptech, and AI because each one asked a different kind of design question.
That same curiosity is what pushed me toward product design, and what keeps pushing me further. Lately I've been vibe coding, because I want to understand what I'm designing all the way down to how it gets built.
